History

With years of Finance experience in all areas of finance from Accounts Payable & Receivable to Month End Report and Group Consolidation in a range of different business sectors. By having a deep understanding of the fundamental accounting principles it has enabled me to delve deeper into business operations and add value in areas such as inventory management and cost accounting as well more specialised Internal Audit tasks and assisting in External Audit.

During my work history I have developed a keen eye for attention to detail and have been known to go above and beyond to find solution to issues faced within the business to improve accuracy on reporting and save time by automating analysis through excel. This has been particularly important during the several accounting software upgrades I have been part of where I have been a key player in the implementation and training to other finance members. As well as a member of the hyper-care team tasked with resolving any issue felt through the company.

I have also been recognised for my contribution to finance by Roberts Walters and was their 2024 Rising Star of Finance.

I now want to utilise this knowledge and experience to help businesses reach their full potential by giving them peace of mind that their finances are being looked after and when they need one have an accountant they can turn to.
